Baked Sweet Potatoes Stick ~ Palitos de papas al horno

Compramos una caja de papas dulces de Costco, entonces empeze a buscar recetas para hacer algo con ellas...y encontre esta receta muy facil de hacer en internet.

We bought a box of sweet potatoes in Costco, so I searched for recipes and I found this one very easy to make.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil                                                       1 cda aceite de oliva
1/2 teaspoon paprika                                                       1/2 cdta paprika
8 sweet potatoes, sliced lengthwise into quarters               8 papas dulces cortadas en tiras no muy finas

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. 
In a large bowl, mix olive oil and paprika. Add potato sticks, and stir by hand to coat. Place on the prepared baking sheet. 
Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven
I probably would add salt and pepper

Procedimiento
Precalentar el horno a 400 grados farenheits (200 grados centigrados). Engrasar una bandeja para horno.
En un bowl grande mezclar el aceite y la paprika. Agregar las papas y mezclar con la mano. Poner las papas en la bandeja. Cocinar por 40 minutos.
Yo probablemente le voy agregar sal y pimienta.

Tuve que poner mas tiempo y alze la temperatura del horno a 450, pero con eso y todo no salio muy crocante como pense, la proxima tendre que cortar en tiras mas finitas.
